Africa Today and Beyond Organization is a charitable Organization registered in Tanzania mainland with its Head quoter in Arusha Usa River township which focuses on helping Talented and Disabled kids and youth, H.I.V Aids victims. Presently, Africa Today and Beyond Organization we support Nuru Karans Disabled Center which is found in Tanzania mainland, Kilimanjaro region, Siha district and Karans village on Rongai route to Kilimanjaro mountain. This Disabled Center was established in 2016 under cooperation between Tanzania Government and Lutheran Church of Tanzania.
This Disabled Center started with six kids, now the Center has 40 kids. Majority of kids have utism, Cerebral palsy and physical disability.
This Disabled Center has a lot of challenges including daily food, clothes, medical care, transport, dining hole, domitories, fixing electricity and water well. Africa Today and Beyond Organization looking for local and international volunteers and donnors who can support Nuru Disabled Center to solve such challenges.
Africa Today and Beyond Organization provide education to parents and society with false belief and discrimination of disabled people.
The situation has caused many children to be hiden inside houses and many lose their lives due to lack of basic needs like health care, food and accommodation.
